1. What we do

dataflowsystemise.com provides a selection and planning service. We help you search, shortlist, and plan stays or property options by coordinating with property owners and/or partner providers. We are not the owner of any specific property and do not control its availability, features, terms, or final price.

2. Availability, pricing, and partners

Any availability, descriptions, photos, and pricing that you receive during the selection process depend on information provided by property owners and/or partners. Prices, deposits, cancellation terms, and other transaction conditions may differ by property and by provider.

By using the service, you acknowledge that the final terms for a specific property are determined by the relevant owner/partner. We only facilitate the selection and planning process.

3. Requests, communications, and your data

When you submit requests or contact us using site forms, we process the information you provide to respond to your request and to arrange communications.

Personal data processing is carried out based on a lawful basis, including where required your consent, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

If we use cookies or other trackers that process personal data (directly or indirectly), we obtain consent before such processing in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

4. Electronic contracts (if applicable)

Where you enter into a remote/electronic agreement using an electronic contract flow offered on the website, you can find the seller/provider identification details before or in connection with concluding the agreement. This requirement is based on Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII (Article 7).

5. Distance-contract consumer information (if applicable)

If the arrangement is concluded at a distance with a consumer, we provide the required pre-contract information about the provider and the transaction terms and comply with the consumer rights information/confirmation framework for distance arrangements. This is based on Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX (Articles 17, 18, 19).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dataflowsystemise.com and its representatives are not liable for:

• any changes in availability, cancellation by property owners/partners, or failure to provide services by third parties;
• errors or inaccuracies in property or pricing information that originate from property owners or partners;
• indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits or business opportunities), to the extent such limitation is allowed.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website or services to:

• violate applicable law or infringe rights of others;
• send misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information;
• interfere with the website’s operation or security.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will apply from the date they are posted on the site.
